Tenancy Services Campaign

In early 2023, Tenancy Services approached us with a clear brief: they needed a hard-hitting campaign that would remind non-compliant landlords to adhere to the Healthy Home Standards. 

There was no extra fluff involved here: our challenge was to bring this functional message to life in a way that drove results. To do this, we developed a series of live action videos featuring real compliance officers and practical information. Working in close partnership with the Tenancy Services team, we showed how officers carry out compliance checks and reminded landlords they need to keep their homes up to standard. These short, effective videos were distributed across a range of media channels nationwide.
