In November 2010, MINI asked the live painting collective, Rimpa Eshidan, to paint one of their cars, as part of an event at the Ginza MINI dealership.
Under the direction of Daniel Rosen of TokyoDex, Strategy was brought in to document as well as create a viral web video. The graphics that emerged from this collaboration between Rimpa Eshidan and MINI include elements of nature combined with urban themes and organic forms, an eclectic mixture that complements the stylish contours of the MINI Cooper. The result is a captivating mobile artwork, as well as a film that captures the creative process and all of the fun had along the way.
