To further extend and strengthen ways in which the Christchurch Art Gallery can talk to the community, we developed the Bulletin iPad application.
The app takes content from the printed version of The Bulletin and showcases it in a digital format, giving readers a chance to interact with the magazine in ways that can’t be achieved in print. We completely redesigned each article to work within the digital environment. The new app gave users the opportunity to expand articles in unique ways and the ability to scale images and view video. Users were also referred to supporting links and information allowing them to explore and connect with the Gallery’s content.
