It was an expression of our passion for the arts and an acknowledgement of the value that the Gallery brought to the local community and economy – something we will always feel strong about. When the Robert McDougall closed in 2002 we were given the opportunity to create a brand identity for the new Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetu, which opened in 2003.
Our passion for the arts and the value they bring to the local community is undiminished and we will continue to support emerging talent.
